I opened a Large Stolen Shipment in Destozuno's library... and she gave me a bounty !
I never imagined that I would get the bounty in the Infinite Archive.
I opened that Large Stolen Shipment while I was waiting for my wife, in my group, to finish sorting out her inventory.

Blood_again✭✭✭✭✭IIRC the only places where you have no chance for bounty are Outlaw Refugees. You can unpack your stolen containers without hesitation there.
Anyway there was a bug once, so even Fence reported you to authorities
Fortunately fixed.
Maybe Dark Brotherhood inhabitants won't report you too. But I'm not sure about it.4 -

Enemy NPCs don’t give bounties. Whether they show up in dungeons/trials/arenas/IA or overland is irrelevant.
If they did, it wouldn’t be feasible to play a Necro, Vampire, or Werewolf.0 -

✭I'm still annoyed that NPC's can act as witness to their own death. If your Necro gets busted pickpocketing, and the NPC attacks you, if you kill them with the wrong Necro skill your bounty skyrockets.
