Future Script designs i'd like to see

I really enjoy scribing as a system, but in order to make my perfect skill i really wish there was a couple of new scripts.
Secondary Script:
Execute (up-to scaling):
I really want to, instead of putting lingering torment on my Chilling Soul, i'd rather have an execute scaling script that modifies the skill's damage to be significantly reduced, however, with added execute scaling akin to something like executioner. i know we have a secondary script that adds an oblivion damage DoT, but that's not what i want for my skill. i just want an instant execute damage burst.
Affix Script:
Increased Status effect chance
I wish there was a script that instead of applying a minor/major debuff or buff, instead had a small increase to the chance for that ability to proc a status effect. even if it was as little as 100% more. that would likely be similar in power to applying a buff or debuff.
Ideally i want to use chilling soul with these 2 added scripts so that i can finally have a frost damage execute button.
what scripts do you guys want to be added?
