[Idea] Cyrodiil - Guild Signal Flare... Or balloon?

In order to get guilds (instead of just groups) more involved in Cyrodiil by having a limited way to communicate position, what about a guild signal flare?
- A Signal Flare only visible by guildies from an approximate distance of 1/4 of the map, only visible in 3D world sky, not on map or compass and for a limited time.
...Or maybe a hot air balloon for which you have to collect parts to assemble and destroyable by the enemy with some dedicated siege weapon?
