    First paragraph changed last sentence to indicate that NEW USERS can opt out of binding arbitration within 30 days.

    Section 15, Dispute Resolution changed. They added the European commission link and refer to the US Federal Arbitration Act. Paragraphs were changed here, and I am not a lawyer, so I am not going to try to summarize these changes.
