Because; this is 10th year of ESO, there was a beautiful suprise by Zenimax but; unfortunately some unlucky people like me could not claim it in time. I actually felt bad for missing Clockwork City DLC because; I love Dwemer architecture and also Sotha Sil is the only Tribunal I like so; it was harsh for me.

Doubt it. More likely to see a sale for it than free again. I’d rather have NEW stuff for the anniversary than old stuff personally

This is more likely since they have already done those once.

Eventually, they will probably offer it again, though I doubt it will happen soon.

It is only 2000+3000 = 5000 crowns. Really. Even less with discounts time to time.
