Yet Another Werewolf Bug (Unable to Cast Any Skills While Transformed)

I have no idea what causes this bug, but it is persistently happening to me: I'm unable to use any skills while in werewolf form, apart from the core combat skills (light and heavy attacks, bashes, blocking, dodging). Also, I cannot go back to my human form py pressing R. And on top of that, my werewolf ult never runs out, even when my timer is already at zero. So I'm locked in this state until I teleport to another zone or logout. I have provided a clip where the bug happened, inside a BG. I've had this bug happen in many other places... Overland, Infinite Archive, Dungeons, Cyrodiil.. You name it. It's an old bug, it has been happening for at least 5 updates now, so I'm not very hopeful it will be resolved. I'm only adressing it now because it is actively crippling my leaderboard runs for Battlegrounds and Infinite Archive.

This bug keeps happening to me. Should I open a ticket or something? I really feel like no one else is getting this bug.

Something similar happened to me as well. I was unable to use WW skills, but I was able to do light attacks & other "basic combat abilities" such as block etc.

It seems something like this can occur if you will be hard CC-ed by a mob (feared, knocked, stunned, etc) during werewolf transformation. If you press ulti button and werewolf transformation animation will play, if during that animation you will get CC-ed, then a bug like this is likely to occur.

The worst it ever got for me is that even when I waited for the WW timer to run out (I was not able to press ulti button to cancel it), I heard the "transforming back to human" sound effect, but I was still in this limbo state, when game displays you as a WW, but does not consider you a WW. I had to log off & log in back or change zones to fix this bug. Very annoying.
