Consistency around resets

A handful of updates ago, a number of in-game system resets were shifted forward 24 hours to Tuesday mornings rather than Monday mornings. Having played with this cadence for some time now, it still feels like a job only partly finished.

Currently, to my knowledge, the following in-game systems share a reset/refresh of Tuesdays @ 10am ET:
- The Infinite Archive rotating vendor's wares
- The (new in u44) Imperial City Sewers rotating vendor's wares
- The weekly trial/arena/IA leaderboards (entries close & rewards mailed evening before)
- The timer governing coffers awarded from the repeatable quest for each trial. Note that this used to be a 7-day cooldown from when last you obtained a given trial's coffer, but was changed to a weekly reset when things were shifted to Tuesday mornings
- Presumably the Battlegrounds & TOT leaderboards? Not sure about this one, I never check them

However, unlike everything else, weekly endeavors reset on *Monday* mornings at 10am ET. WHY??? Why is this one system different from all the rest? Is this intentional, or an oversight?

Honestly, I don't have a strong preference for what day the fine folks at ZoS settle on for their weekly resets -- but I think it would be really nice if things could all reset together rather than awkwardly across multiple days.

the tribute leaderboard i think is reset monthly, im assuming BG leaderboard will follow the same reset period after the most recent overhaul

i dont know why the period for endeavors is the standard mon-sun timeframe
