With the addition of “competitive” battlegrounds, it’s become clear that the current queue system could be more balanced. Right now, duos are frequently pitted against full premade groups, which can make the experience feel less competitive and more frustrating.
To create a fairer and more enjoyable environment, I propose dividing the queues so that solo/duo players share one queue, while groups of three or more are placed in a separate group queue. This approach would allow solo and duo players to face opponents with similar coordination, making for a more balanced and competitive match. Meanwhile, full groups can still enjoy the team synergy they’re aiming for without disrupting the solo/duo experience.
Many competitive games implement similar systems to keep the experience fair across different group sizes, and it would make battlegrounds much more rewarding for players at all levels.
