At least those were statue-esque and mounted at the shoulder. These are mounted on the hips and would be way too heavy. All I can think of when I see this mount is “doorway”.

It has to spin, otherwise it's absolutely useless in the game. but if it's going to spin, I need it badly.

If you use 'Trample' with Aegis Caller equipped the Aegis mounts and they go around slicing and dicing.

I don’t know how they would spin. Aegises have detached arms and this doesn’t seem to. Either these are armatures attached to the horse’s armor or the poor magic horse has arms on its flank.

You're making it too complicated, unnecessary thinking. The hands just disconnect and it starts spinning like in a boss fight. It's already horrible as it is, so why even think about it.
