I was really really looking forward to November when I got back into the game, due to the fact this hairstyle was not available for purchase back when I played and it bothered me a lot. But then of course shortly after I quit, it comes in the shop! And has repeatedly come into the shop every year on November for three years. So I was really hopeful I could get it for my dude, because it's one of the few male hair styles I actually like in this game.
But alas, for whatever reason, we don't get it. Please @Zos, reconsider. Waiting a whole year to HOPE it comes back again is not a fun feeling for such a simple but core character customization option.
