Can't buy Banner Bearer grimoire on alt due to Account Wide Achievement

I can't buy Banner Bearer grimoire on my NB, it says I need an achievement related to Alliance War that I already have, but done on a DK. I can try getting few levels in Assault and Support to check if it unlocks, but still its misleading. Trample don't have this requirement.

Update: I could buy it when I reached Assault and Support level 5.

same for me its done on other character but says its not done so why can we not but it even though the skill is bugged

4.5 and was going to level it up and see if it helps i just saw the post so added its same with me also

It isn’t a bug with the achievement, its a poor choice on ZOS’ part to make the alert tied to an achievement rather than just saying you need to be a certain level in alliance war. You have to be level 5 in alliance war to buy it, its got nothing to do with the achievement in actuality.

It’s not a poor choice so much as an outright misstatement of fact, which is a textual error and thus should be fixed. Unfortunately UI bugs tend to be given less priority.
