Current builds for all classes?

Hopefully my question is alright to ask. Over the past years I noticed an abundance of interesting builds proposed and discussed, and some of the bigger ESO based websites (or those that offer builds for various games including ESO) picking up on changes to the game really quickly -- typically long before the patches/updates would be pushed to the public, build makers would have their offerings ready to be shown off as well, with minimal adjustments made in later weeks and days when the final patch is released. And currently, all those places that I used to go to, for this, still seem to be showing their u41 and u43 builds, or older ones from yesteryear. Or am I looking in the wrong places?

I do know this is not a big thing, as we all typically make changes to those builds anyway, but it was fun seeing the most recent ones and treat them as templates. What are good sources for u44 builds now?

The meta has not been shifting wildly (making older builds still relevant) and also there was a breaking point where content creators gave up on putting hours of work into making new builds for each meta shift.

Assuming we're talking about PvE. DPS builds appear very quickly on youtube in the form of DPS parses. Type, for example, something like: “eso stam dk dps” and see what comes up.

Usually, but not always, it's a very trivial builds, like Relequen + a set from the most recent dungeon.

Ever since Hybridization changed the game, the META isn't really changing that much. Especially when you look at how a certain class is played as DPS. And ofc when you look at what classes are used for.

    DKs for Tanks
    Wardens for Healers
    Arcanists as DPS
    Necros for Elemental Catalyst

It wasn’t since hybridization, it was after when ZOS stopped making meta shift wildly every year because the content creators were over wasting their time making builds and players were over wasting their time getting gear.
    Also DKs for z’enkosh
Necros for tanks… EC mostly gone because of lucent echoes.

What I meant previously was that Hybridization layed the ground work for streamlining many aspects of combat.
What was META was much more narrow after that and typically ranged within 10 or so gears sets, while the abilities were largely the same.

The homogenisation that followed was quickly done and after that there was no need for excessive reworks. Only outliers needed to be adjusted, now. Up or down.

Anyway, U44 doesn't have "new builds", because all is still the same. Even the "nerf" to Azureblight turned out to be a buff, if a 6 man group fucuses 3 or more targets. And it will still be used like before.

If anyone here says: OH! But, PVP! I swear I'll ...

Thank you for the valuable input and respectfully recommend to discuss that aspect of ESO on the PVP forum.

You can make an argument for Necro as a tank too. Saxhleel's Champion + the Big Smashy guy gives you major vulnerability + major force at the same time, and if the other tanks/healers are wearing the monster helm that can reset timers on major buffs/debuffs and you can time it right, you can have these buffs/debuffs up together for quite a long time.

Thank you all for helping me with it. Honestly, I play just about any class for any purpose, as I wasn't really looking for the all-meta thing at all, just inspirations. For instance, in some patch reviews there was talk of changes to how a frost warden would be working, and sometimes cast doubt on the frost wasten having a future, really. So I was looking mainly for that, but didn't find much that went into specifics on it.
