NON STOP Error 103

Its about a month i get NONSTOP booted out of the game with error 103 and its even worse since last patch, what is happening? its a problem on my end wince this happen on multiple PC / connexions

This error will generally occur in the following circumstances:

-The Megaserver is down for maintenance
-Service outage
-There is currently a high volume of players logging into the server(s)
-You can check to see the server status on the Service Alerts page. If the servers are online, we recommend waiting for a period of 10 minutes and then attempt to login again.

Witches Festival has me dusting off long unused characters and I find that some of them still disconnect _every time_ when loading into the world for the first time. They simply time out and I have to log back in. ZOS probably has super slow database servers and timeout numbers that are to low.

I wrote my tickets months ago, and it really isn't worth my time to chase it down for a character on a platform I have largely abandoned.

I treat this game like it is ZOS's hobby, not their main concern, and that usually sets my expectations pretty close to what I see.

yea I'm crashing a lot due to errors as well.

this keep happening at least 4/5 times a day, even tho i troubleshoot with support

Which error is 103 again? I've been having issues with "booted from server" and the generic "login failed if this problem keeps happening contact CS" for over a week now, but idr if either of those are 103.
