Games Are Not Starting

Since the U44 update most of the games I queue into will not start. It seems to be related to having incomplete teams before the match begins. The missing spot never gets filled and the timer runs out. Queue again and it happens again. This morning I was able to play 1 game out of 4 that I queued into.
