Cultural Conciliation I have to catch this (fish) not a fish that travels at lightning speed. After trying for a while it disappeared now and I am lost what to do. If I abandon the quest I would have to do all this over again to get to this point.

I finally foun d the horker. It was hidden until you walked over the spot, then it materialized.
The spot is along the rough stone mountain edge. Wish I could be more specific.
