The Lord of Fear quest bugged sound effects?

There's something weird going on with the sound when doing the The Lord of Fear quest. Everytime I reach a place to rescue the haunted there's an extreme confusion of noises very very loud that I can't figure out what's causing it. The only solution to avoid it is to mute the effects or move away from the quest location. I'm not sure if it's a problem only at my end or if it's general, but it only happens in this quest places.
