Then everyone will stop hating on arc for existing, and I can try dpsing on a different class without it feeling like ***.

Maybe power creep isn't the solution. Just give nb a passive that increases damage in pve and nerf arc's beam to the ground : there's no reason why some players would have to struggle their way to 100k + dps on a class while others can get 115k without LA weaving.
Besides, I don't think zos would be able to change every class in the game without ruining the balance in pvp (and a cyrodiil where everyone has access to powerful ranged spammables would be the worst thing to happen to it since the pop cap shrink)
