They will be offering a similar selection of items (notably Archival Essays, Scribing Scripts, Leads, Skill Styles and Skill Style Fragments) alongside Legendary quality jewelry from 2 PvP sets (1 Necklace and 1 Ring from each set).

These offerings are currently PC/Mac only until Update 44 launches on consoles.

If you are going through the Archive during the Witches Festival, you will get Plunder Skulls now. There is no cooldown on getting those.

Defeating Tho'at Replicanum and looting the Arc reward chest once per day will give:

A yellow Infinite Archive Plunder Skull.

You will get a regular purple Plunder Skull from the following:

Cycle reward chests
Gw the Pilferer
Unknown reward chests
Arc reward chests (after getting the daily Infinite Archive Plunder Skull)
