Yes, and the voriplasm pet from the Murkmire event. I remember being quite annoyed by that one. I was salty because during the Murkmire event, the collectibles weren't both able to be obtained reasonably. IIRC the loot wasn't even guaranteed from the first kill of the day, even if it was a boss. And the fragments were bound, limited time only, and rare. And there was only enough time in the event to use tickets to get one of the prizes. They returned the voriplasm later for Blackwood, but not the grave stake. During the event, I prioritized the voriplasm. I still managed to get some of the fragments of the grave stake but not all despite putting in good effort. And then when the stake wasn't returned but the voriplasm was, I got annoyed. If I had known that the voriplasm could be obtained later, I'd have gotten the grave stake memento. That one never returned so my fragments are worthless.

The dragons trove would be a great addition for yesteryear grab bag loot during the pan tamriel event.
I already have it, but it's a nice looking furnishing that doesn't have a decent looking alternative, so it would be nice for people to obtain finally. Imagine starting playing after that event and never being able to get it, I'd find it frustrating, like I do with the first anniversary cake that I can't get, even though I've been here since beta.
