I think the announcement article may be missing a descriptive word in the bolded part of that quote? What type of plunder skull?

the dremora one is the name of the gold skull, the other skulls are just "plunder skulls"

The reason I ask is that we normally used to get a gold Dremora plunder skull from the first boss of each type killed each day (this year the IA Thoat Replicanum also counts), and the wording in that paragraph even indicates that the skull received from the Crowborne Horror daily quest gives better valuables than "regular Dremora plunder skull items". So, is the Crowborne Horror daily reward also just a regular gold skull that somehow gives a different table of rewards, or is it a "splendiferous" or "resplendent" or similar plunder skull?

Will the fragments for the Daggerfall Paladin basic morph also be available? I'll got all 3 fragments for the costume morph but not the underlying pet you morph into it.

Something weird I noticed this year, I can't preview items from a merchant when in skeleton form. And not just style pages, I couldn't preview furnishings at the luxury vender. Just a weird bug I came across.

The Hollowjack fight is really fun and the vibes are great on it! I like the final 30% or so when he sends up the jack o' lantern mechanic.

I find the Hollowjack fight just boring. While the crouch and resource drain mechanics are somewhat interesting, it's just another fight with super long invulnerability phases that unnecessarily extent the fight time.

So tonight did the HJ fight and the group leader got frustrated and left. As soon as they left, we took him down. ooops

But when I got out, the group was set to Veteran!!! I didn't realize that you could change this. Well no wonder it was much more difficult than the last few days of doing it.

I have been spending as much time as possible running delves, dungeons, etc., and RNG has been more on the trick than the treat side. Of the 3 Crowborne style items that have dropped, all three were shoulders. And of the 5 provisioning writs, 3 were for the same recipe that still hasn't dropped.

So a mild suggestion to the developers should they run this event again: please consider setting things up so drops are very heavily biased towards style items the player hasn't unlocked yet and recipes for active writs. That would really be appreciated by those of us who don't get to play more than an hour or two at time. Thanks!

it doesnt matter what your group difficulty is set to, there is only 1 difficulty of the fight

its functionally the same as all of the craglorn delves that are instanced, you can set to vet or normal but theres only 1 difficulty of the instance regardless

Ok, but it did seem harder. There were tons more AOS sprouting up than previous fights.

It scales to number of people in the fight. It will also get soooo much harder if people don't shoo away the crows and run out of stam and die

Just wanted to say a quick thank you! The lord hollowjack is a wonderful change of pace, both in difficulty and for creating new, exciting content for the holiday events, which in my opinion, had become fairly stale. Always happy to have the double XP too! Would love to see new iterations and takes on all of the holiday events each year to keep it fresh!

my account seems to be weighted towards getting plunder blunder mementos (I think I'm at 5 now), can some of that weighting go to eltheric motif pretty pls
