Normal method of finding Group Quest/Dungeon?

I have tooled around ESO doing SP quests, but never found a group dungeon and I don't have a clue what level any of the Dungeons players are teaming for in the chat are, or where they are or how one gets one.
Am I missing spotting some icon on the map or NPC discussion/quest cues?

Gohlar✭✭✭✭They start at level 12 and once you're 12 you can use a group finding tool and queue for a group. You could also just use chat channels.
I have some bad news for you though. The monsters inside the group dungeons only give 3 exp each. I'm not kidding sadly, the exp is almost nonexistent for doing dungeons.0
