If you fight mobs, how long does it require to get a lvl up from non-dungeons without experience scrolls? Thanks.

Other than that, I thought easiest way would be dungeons and queued PvP matches. I got bored of the random dungeons for a while.

Do after first reward completion dungeons, do random dungeons still get more XP than going to dungeons non-random for fun that I'd like to do?

You can see XP for random dungeon or random BG in Activity Finder. It is only the first time after reset you will get that XP and after that you will get normal XP from kills. If you do Pledges (Unlock Undaunted quest and finish it to get access to Pledges), then you will also get XP from doing first time for that character quest in that dungeon (as long character are without below level 50; before you can get CP).

Don't forget that you can equip training gear and weapon which will increase you XP gain.

There is a also trait called Training which you can Enchant you gear and weapons: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Training

You can buy this from Guild Sore or Guild Traders if you can not craft gear or weapon with this trait yet as you need to have researched it to craft with this trait.

If you have unlocked (collected) item in your stickerbook then you can also change trait to training through use of Transmute Station in Clockwork City (you need have bought Clockwork City DLC or have an active ESO+ sub; it is possible to purchase this craft station through Crown Store or through Master Writ tickets).

The trainee set is a good source of the training trait, as it always come in that and is avaliable cheap in guild traders.

Alternative ways of gaining good exp is grinding in public dungeons (pick one where you also want the loot from it to double up). Or Skywatch runs in Craglorn.

Unfortunately, random dungeons is the best way to quickly level. Trash mobs in public dungeons help because you can just keep going around and around, but it isn't as fast...
