Can you see how many recommendations a house received?

I ask this out of curiosity as I don't quite understand how the list of the houses I am shown is constructed. Is it random? Is it based on number of recommendations?

How can I see houses that did not yet receive enough recommendations to make it to the top list?

any number of Recommendations can make a house go to the Recommended list from 1 to anything higher.

you can see how many recommendations your own listings have, but not other people's listings.

The number of recommendations doesn't appear to have anything to do with appearing on the recommended list.

I have 4 houses up there at the moment, and one of them featured on the list last week for a day or two. It has less recommendations than 2 of my other houses, neither of which have appeared on the list.

Seems like it's just a random selection.

What a silly idea this really is.

Actually not silly at all. Because houses that are newly published would never appear on the list if the list would be sorted according to recommendations.

If these were sorted by the number of recommendations houses that are popular and have received a lot of recommendations would linger there and newer houses, although they have all the potential for high popularity would only be listed on the bottom of the list and hence not seen by many people and hence receive low or no recommendations at al

They really need to have a section area.

Like weekly, monthly and all time.
