I was just booted am unable to log back in.

Approximate wait time for login que is listed but not changing.

I was mat collecting in West Weald.

Same here. Got put in an "infinite queue" that never changes. NA PC server.

Queue is moving for me it does seem odd to have a queue on Saturday morning

yep. same/same.

can't log in on any of my accounts (3), main one keeping coming up 'booted from server' while the other two just spin endlessly and do nothing.

Ah, it wasn't just Cyrodiil that crashed then. Performance has been nothing short of atrocious since west weld event started. I bet it smells like melted plastic at the ZOS server farm right now lol.
