Colovian blueprints/designs/patterns/etc bugged? (probably not. PEBKAC, more likely)

I use a spreadsheet^ to keep track of which furnishings I can make. When I learn a new furnishing, I mark it 'new,' so I can go back and look at them to see what I can actually make. Once I look at them, I remove the mark.

I've marked 22 Colovian furnishings as "new," but I can't find them at the crafting stations. As in, I've learned the blueprint/design/pattern, but when I go to the station to make them, they're not available. Yes, I've checked my filters. Is this true for anyone else? If it were 1 or 2, I'd think I'd made a mistake on the spreadsheet. But it's 22, and they're all Colovian.

Are they maybe tagged against the wrong crafting station? I've not looked at the spreadsheet but just a thought

I don't think so. I've just checked, and they display as "use to learn recipe" in guild traders and at Rolis Hlaalu (since some of them are bought with writs.) I REMEMBER buying the gold ones with writs. I remember learning the ones that drop from daily coffers.

(OTOH, my memory is notoriously bad, which is why I'm asking others who keep track with spreadsheets etc).

ETA: A guildie checked, and they do have some of the above furnishings at their crafting tables. Another thinks they're missing, but doesn't keep the spreadsheet.

Is it possible that you learned them on another character?

I checked the most likely characters to have learned them, and I didn't.

I"m starting to believe this was a massive copy/paste error.

I can confirm too that I can craft most of the listed plans and have done so on multiple occasions.
