Clockwork tribute daily - where to steal toys and games?

I give up. This quest is insane. Usually I don't complain about some things being too difficult or grindy, but I've been at this for almost three days now.

Just constantly stealing from all different sorts of places, pickpocketing, stealing, murdering to steal as much as I can. I think I've spent a total of three hours now just constantly stealing.

So far I have 1 (ONE!!!!!) of the items for the quest... Nothing EVER has any "toys" or "games". Whoever designed this quest is surely insane if they expect this amount of time... Unless I'm incredibly unlucky?

At this rate it would take me at least five or six hours to complete one daily quest... Assuming I don't get lucky or something.

Google hasn't been helpful in this... Any advice?

i do not know if those types treasures drop from specific types of characters, but maybe try cities and towns?
cities and towns have most of the different types of characters so you will eventually find the right treasures probably.

if you're asking where the quest is, it's the Blackfeather Court's daily quest from Clockwork City.
You get access to the quest after the zone story.

For me, the easiest way to finish that quest, is to do the thieves repeatable steal quest. The one where it sends you to three different towns to steal stuff, it then rewards you with various loot like that. Just having it in your inventory will update the quest.

Yes, the covetous countess quest is the best way to level Thieves Guild AND get the items for the crow.

Different NPC types carry different loot. Drunkards and Thieves are a pretty good source of games IIRC.
