Proc set timer need (PvE)

The title says it all. On PC, we have addons that allow us to track cooldowns for sets like Pillagers Profit, but console doesn't have any way to track these long cooldowns. If there is going to be a set introduced like PP, there needs to be an onboard/in-game/on-screen cooldown timer that allows the user to track it so it can be properly used. I don't have the imagination to know what this should potentially look like, but I can't imagine it'd be that complex to code in, even if it's just a gray-out of the ult icons on our skill bars when PP is equipped and on cooldown, sort of the way Crystal frags is "grayed-out-" when they're not available to cast.

KaironBlackbard✭✭✭I'd like that. I hate using timer sets because I can never time them right. Never. Either I think it's off cooldown and its not, or I wait way too long and thus lose effectiveness.
