i noticed that i only have 22/25 of the things for this achivement/item. where can i source the other 3 ?

    if i recall it was only available during the anniversary event back in april

    in order to complete that you needed to buy a few of the items with tickets

    its possible it might be back for the anniversary event next year

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    Yep. Or maybe it will be back during the New Life Festival. They sometimes bring back fragments that were missed earlier in the year for that.

    You needed to collect 25 Jubilee Confetti Packs which dropped from the Anniversary golden reward boxes iirc

    However during the event you could also buy the Jubilee Confetti Packs from the Impressario, so I would expect that these packs should be available during the end of year New Life Festival because previous year's have always had every collectable from that year available to purchase with tickets during New Life. :)

    New Life Festival has in the past only returned all the fragments related to the yearly morphing pets since 2021 and indriks before 2021.

    so this year it would be the Molag Bal markings, Master of Schemes personality, and the Anchorborn Welwa mount.

    the Jubilee steed parts are unlikely to return until Jubilee returns in April 2025.

    if you're referring to 10.2.2, no the Pan Tam event doesn't seem to have Jubilee Steed fragments.
