mag necro for normal Vateshran(want gear and build help)

mag necro for normal Vateshran(want gear selection and building help)
I just want to make my necro suitable solo Arena DPS.
5 years ago, once I did normal Vateshran by my DK tank. The combat was extremely easy for my tank
except last boss. Because, my tank is enough tough guy. But failed.
Yea, couldn't cut lethal ring, because of low damage.
Then, I change my mind.
I've been wasting my necro Argonian. Because, necro is getting worse by recent nerfing.
Is there any of easy solution to make my necro great again? The best record of my mag necro is 38K dps now.
Or abandon necro, and revenge by Arcanist? Cuz, that beam is crazy strong.
I just want to make my necro suitable solo Arena DPS.

with [1Stam Blade].
But, I'm Tank main player. Recently I'm doing Healer.
