    Khajiit has recently acquired a delightfully colorful Dragon Scroll from about 120 years ago.

    This one's 4 Elder Scrolls make for a delightful collection B)

    The common interpretation is that it's the Wish-Granting pearl or Baozhu, part of the Eight Treasures, that was popularized by a Chinese myth.

    Although another common interpretation is that a dragon may symbolize rain clouds while the pearl symbolizes the moon, so the dragon grasping or even eating the pearl is a symbol for clouds obscuring the moon in a stormy night. Which looks quite accurate in this case.

    Not to mention hold the scroll. Khajiit tried to do so with his tail, but unfortunately it is not -that- talented.
