Fighter's Guild Equivalent of Scribing?

Wouldn't it be fair to introduce a similar system to the Fighter's Guild? Something like "Training" or "Mastery" and you get to design 1-3 new passive abilities. Something along the lines of "Blade Mastery: Increases the Weapon Damage from Swords by 3 %". Or maybe some purely utility related bonuses, like added Inventory Space, in case power creep is too concerning.

    Yeah sadly with passives, this would become a 'everyone has to grind them out' and we already got a lot of those.

    Now, skills that benefit less flashy magic and more weapon abilities, that'd be cool.

    Maybe then passives that replace the already existing weapon passives. So the net gain would be lower.
