While playing the "Selene's Web" dungeon, another player and I fell into some kind of pit. In the end, we couldn't get out of it, because some development geniuses forgot to put invisible walls in front of the pit, or add auto-return to the beginning of the dungeon, as is the case in other dungeons.

If you mean the pit where there is a lore book, you can jump supermario style up the rocks, starting at the back and moving around to the right hand side

You can also click on another group member and travel to that person. It will put you at the beginning of the dungeon. If that doesn't work just leave the dungeon then re-enter the dungeon. Do that one at a time so someone is still in the dungeon while the others are porting out and back in. You will be at the beginning of the dungeon.
