You can request nicely via ticket i believe and ask them for a specific item from previous crates, only one though. There have been a few success stories where players asked nicely for a certain store item, usually houses i think, and say they will pay upfront for the item in full, and ZOS provides a code or puts it into your account. I'm not entirely sure of the process, it's just a guess, but it would not hurt to ask. Worst they can say is "sorry we can't do that right now" or something similar.

Yeah I know that was part of the bundle and you have to think positive and believe in a miracle and the soon return of those Crates and that bundle.

they could potentially release those items separately from the crate since they are not inside the crate itself, but at this point we just dont know
Given so much funding depends on the store, it makes very little sense to so limit the stock and thus limit the funding they get from it.
It's not a fashion house where the reputation of the house depends on always making new things and everyone wearing the latest.
They should just put up for sale what they have made.
I doubt anyone has any real evidence backed with financials that FOMO brings in more money, than letting people browse and purchase through a complete catalogue.
