    Hello, this is my feedback:

Diagram / patterns for chandelier, window curtains, and tall noble armchair that are displayed in Skingrad’s Stalwart Hearthgoods furnishing store are not available.

Limit of 700 furnishings for notable houses are extremely low. It is well known problem. Players have to block large areas as a workaround and that’s defeat the purpose of having large house.

Almost all of the houses are rundown, with broken / dirty walls / floors that are covered in mould / slime, have water or termite damage or just have rustic style at best. Most are dark with small windows. Alinor crest is the only exception, psijic villa have some broken areas but mostly ok. We need diversity, why would not you create 2 version of houses with just different textures of walls, ceilings, floors and windows – one is run down dirty and dark another is clean, brand new and light with big windows. I understand that this may not work for caverns etc. but it will work for most houses. I do not see a problem with lore: surely in the world with magic simple repair / clean spell can be easily used.

I agree with the comments of other players that surveys should give furnishing materials as normal harvesting nodes.
