Crash on startup, error code 11
While using GeForceNOW
Crashes occur on multiple virtual machines from different GFN server locations (EU-NW, EU-W, EU-NE)

It is likely that the ESO client is defaulting to the PC EU megaserver, although unable to check due to the client crashing before any selections screen.
The crash consistently occurs after the Zenimax logo, both when letting it play normally as well as when attempting to skip through it by pressing a button/key.

Unfortunately I cannot seem to copy-paste from the ESO crash handler.

10 crashes out of 10 startup attempts.

The crash appears to occur at (or between) the 2nd or 3rd company logo on startup.

I cannot create a support ticket because I do not have access to the 'Game Consultant' file on the virtual machine.

I will continue to try and send in the ESO crash reports, perhaps an influx of these will catch some attention.

20+ startup attempts later and I'm still getting this issue.

The GFN client is starting to complain about starting too many sessions now.

@DarkDajin There are a couple different ways to obtain a Game Consultant. You can read more on this here.

Additionally, all those with crashing issues should attempt these troubleshooting steps to first see if that resolves the issue. If the issue persists, please submit a ticket by clicking "Continue to Submit Ticket" at the bottom of the article.

A temporary solution is to 'repair' the game files on each startup.
Hopefully GeForceNOW will do it centrally at some point.

Apparently some game files have been altered and have not been pushed in the launcher as a patch.

@ZOS_Bill It was resolved by GeForceNOW, but unlike a normal update push which (if they pay attention) takes about 2-3 hours, the game was taken offline from GFN for maintenance for around 30 hours.

But I was not able to submit a ticket due to lacking a report file which is required by the ticket.

More recently (this morning) for some reason GFN's ESO Launcher via Steam reverted to an older version which took another 12 hours to fix.

For some reason GFN has more trouble with ESO's updates than with other MMO's (my only reference being Genshin Impact, where updates don't break the game, but do slow down the startup and an update push is less than an hour.)
