Problem with a skill!

I'm a templar! My skill Puncturing sweep is stuck to level 1 since i created the character. Am i missing something? I'm using it all the time!

Hmm, you trained a skill, equipped it on your hotbar and not getting xp with it? That sounds odd. What level are you now?
