Twitch drop after livestream

So it's been few days now since the live stream, I've watched the entire live show on twitch and I have my account correctly connected (I've have already collected other twitch drops in the past), according to twitch I should have collected the twitch drop (I clicked the button to collect it sometime around the middle of the live and it showed the messega "you have collected the item" or something like that with the green arrow as usual) but then it restarted and stopped on around 90% because the live ended and I haven't received the drop yet.

What is going on? Why I haven't received the pet yet?

You might need to create a support ticket according to the ESO account on Twitter.

Couple of years ago I had the same problem and they granted me the item with no problem after sending them a screenshot via support.

When that happened to me, Twitch said my account was connected on their end, but ESO needed me to click “connect” on theirs. They had been connected just fine in the past, and I didn’t need to re-enter credentials. Something goes wrong with the connection.

If you have checked it from both sides, then submit a ticket, as suggested above. Support cannot help you directly without that step.
