Vet Character Cannot Purchase Scripts Ticket: 240910-002534

This is the second week one of my vet characters could not purchase scripts. All other characters can purchase any for sale they don't know just fine. This one character started having issues two weeks ago. I thought it was just a glitch but clearly it is an issue as we are now in the second week of no script purchase for this one character. I don't quest or do anything with her so there is no way she knows these yet the game says she does. :/

I put a ticket in and it has bounced around to every copy/paste tech there is telling me to repair, uninstall/reinstall, remove addons and how to fix my UI error. Welp I clearly stated I do NOT use addons, never have, I have repaired and there is not nor has there been a UI error with this issue.

Now my ticket has yet again been sent up the ticket chain now with no response. They ask if she was over level 50 (because there is a known issue some under lvl 50 cannot purchase scripts to be fixed in some future update) and she is. They also wanted to know her name, which I provided and I also attached a screenshot backing up her level and name.

@ZOS_Kevin can you possibly get some eyes on my ticket please? I am super OCD and it drives me nuts she has fallen two weeks behind the other nine characters on her scripts. :) I appreciate any help you can give me! Thanks!

    ZOS did reply on my ticket just now. They asked if this character had already purchased the scripts in the past. I already said she has not. The only way these characters are getting scripts is from the vendor, no other way.

    I guess the don't read the entire tickets, I don't know. I am answering questions that are already answered in my ticket. :(

    Thanks @ZOS_Bill My ticket has been waiting on agent for a few days now with no response.

    None of my characters run dungeons, guild quests, etc for the scripts. I only purchase them from the vendor. Today none of them can purchase. I know I don't have all the scripts so I am not sure what is going on. :( Maybe I have all that can be purchased from the vendor, not sure. Will take a look later and see what I have.

    I do know that the character in my ticket missed two weeks for sure of ticket purchases.

    The problem is quite clear. The vendor thinks my character knows all the scripts and she does not. It doesn't matter if I see at the scribing table she cannot use the scripts she is missing because the won't sell them to her. That is the bug/problem I have.

    Beat this dead horse long enough. Moving on.
