Character overload bug

Been having an issue with ESO plus disappearing on my one character. Figuredout it was because my toon had too many buffs, passives, and bonuses on her.
I had equipped ALL available passives, quite a few skills, 3 full sets (2-5 piece, mythic), and vampirism, mundus, etc., and was loosing my ESO plus member bonus.
I have apparently found a limit to how many buffs/bonuses/data attached to your character you can obtain before stuff can't load.
