For 2 handed and scribing the WayFarers Script gives Grants you the bonus of the Follow Up passive ability..
But what if you already have that passive? When you complete a fully-charged Heavy Attack, your damage done with Two Handed attacks increases by 10% for 4 seconds.
No point of using it if you have it, right?

I think the whole point of it is to NOT have to use the passive. I’m not sure if you’ve tried to land a fully charged 2H heavy attack in PVP recently, but it’s easier said than done because it’s so easily countered. A 10% bonus to your next direct damage attack without having to wind up a heavy attack is nice for burst combos.2 -

✭Sadly this passive no longer works like that, it now only buffs 2 Handed skills rather than all Direct Damage. Actually not that sad since like you say Fully Charged Heavies are not easy to land these days. This passive is why I enjoyed the knockback on Dizzy Swing before it was removed.
