Casting a Path and instantly sprinting will cost you but no skill happens.

So I can do this 100% of the time with PATH on nightblade. Other skills it seems to be much more difficult to replicate.
Just cast a skill and sprint immediately, you'll get billed but the skill won't fire.
Other skills seek to just get cancelled out, but no skill cost.

This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.
