Impossible to pickpocket NPCs in the vinefield of Skingrad

So yeah, that was happening for a bit of a time now, the release i think, but i didn't thought much of it at the time because i had other things to do, but here we are months after the release. Maybe you don't know about the bug, maybe you do but don't have enough intel on it, maybe you don't care yet because you have more important things to do, but i think i know why we can't pickpocket people.

For info, i'm wearing the shadow queen's cowl, haven't tried without because it's part of my "thief" build.
I've noticed on "Bilawath" an argonian NPC near skingrad, that when he's performing an emote, ANY emote, i can't pickpocket him. I suspect that's the same for every npc close of skingrad, and that's annoying because i can't farm the possible furniture like that.

Can you fix the bug fast ? I thank you much in advance.
