Add Rededication Shrines To Cyrodiil

First, thank you ZOS for slowly adding things like the armor station and now scribing to Cyrodiil - this is such a welcome change and I know we all appreciate it being added (especially with long queues).
Has the been any conversation about adding rededication shrines to cyrodiil so we don't have to port out if we need to change some health around or skills around?
If not - could you all add this to the backlog as a possible future update?
