Visiting houses with new housing feature: More player-defined filter keywords?

I took a break from my questing activity in order to use the new feature allowing us to visit houses of those who make them accessible with this new feature.

The houses that I visited were quite random so I have no idea if the houses that I visited were highly recommended or not.

It was to be expected that the majority of the houses were not to my taste. My criteria that make me appreciate a house are pretty set. That is of course my own thing and tells nothing about the quality of the houses I have visited.

The downside is: I regretted the time that I visited the houses that I did not find any appeal in. Again this is not an issue of the house itself or the creator of the house. It is just that there is an incompatibility between my criteria and the house in question.

I was then thinking how to avoid spending time to travel to and from a house and time to spend inside that house that I really did not like.

I don't know if this could be implemented in an efficient way but I was thinking that is would be good if the creator of a house could attach a couple of preset keywords that describe a bit the house that he or she created.

I would for instance be interested if the house was decorated in a way that it is to be a cosy home, a shop, if it is fancy-flashy-crazy, if it is emulating something (I have seen airports created with ESO housing) or whatever adjectives one could think of, if it is a completely re-creation of the area (I have seen houses that basically used the external space to create villages or tree houses or whatever). I dunno what kind of keywords on could think of that allows describing the many creative ideas. But I think it really would help out. Of course it should not be mandatory to use these.

It might also be helpfull to have a sort of tooltip when hovering over the house in the list that shows a short user-made description. Maybe this could also help here.
