I have 5856 unread tickets

Is it me or has someone took a vacation from support? I seem to have 5856 tickets unanswered.

I'm not saying everyone is cheating just probably the majority of them. You'll never know unless you read them all.

Its so weird though like 5856.. like when did the customer support not become the customer support?
I'm guessing probably after number 1 but we're 5856 in now, seems kind of lonely in my support box.

Bethesda or Zenimax could probably get chatgpt to answer tickets with a higher success rate than what is currently being under taken.

Apparently I had not read these for so long.

Dear Community/Followers,

I want to address recent concerns regarding allegations of inappropriate direct messages and supposed cheating. First and foremost, I want to clarify that I do not admit to any wrongdoing. However, I understand that my actions may have been perceived in a way that caused concern.

As many of you know, I am a disabled veteran who served in Iraq, and I am permanently and totally mentally disabled. My PTSD, which was formally diagnosed in 2013 after being reclassified in the DSM-5, has affected me in ways that are difficult to fully explain. While this is not an excuse, it has, at times, clouded my judgment and impacted my behavior. This condition is something I have lived with for a long time, and it is a daily challenge.

As an influencer, streamer, and game reviewer with over 300 reviews, 800 followers on Twitch, and 1,600 followers on TikTok, I understand the responsibility that comes with my platform. Our role as influencers is to set a positive example, and I want to make it clear that I do not condone actions that go against the Terms of Service (TOS) or End User License Agreements (EULA) of any platform or community. Even though societal norms have evolved, and what was once deemed acceptable behavior in the past is no longer appropriate, I am committed to adapting and ensuring that my actions reflect the values we strive for today.

I want to go forward with a commitment to better representing the disabled members of our community. I recognize that I may never fully "fit in" or be "normal," but I am dedicated to improving and learning from these experiences. It is crucial that we have more flexibility and better support services for disabled veterans like myself, so we can remain active members of our communities without being unfairly limited by our disabilities. These services would help ensure that we can make better decisions and avoid situations like this in the future.

Thank you for your understanding, and I am grateful for the continued support of this community as I work to become a better version of myself.

Sincerely,
theshockcable

What are you saying? Did you write thousands of tickets, or do you have a bug, like the unclaimed mail bug?

i mean if this is 6k reports about ppl cheating, i hope ZOS just banns you for exploiting the ticket system...

I'm on PS/NA, and I cannot comprehend submitting 5856 tickets. Is there an add-on for PC users that submits tickets for you automatically? Seriously, on console it is time consuming to submit one ticket per day to report the person spamming zone chat with the web site selling gold for IRL cash. No way I could get to 5856 tickets in this game's lifetime.

That sort of number makes it easier to just dismiss any kind of reporting.

Maybe I haven't read all my tickets? Is that what it means by unread tickets?

Mine says 2 unread tickets. And I think the counter is bugged, because I have clicked on all my tickets. But being bugged and showing 5856 unread tickets is amazing.

    this makes me speechless..

If it says 5835 unread Tickets that that means YOU haven't read them.

I quickly checked your other forum activities and they strongly indicate that you are one of the players who thing everybody is cheating just because they play better then you.

just imagine a ZOS employee takes 15 min on avg to actually work on your "cheating tickets" that would mean:
    6000 * 15 min = 1500h
a working hour is roughly 100€ for a employee in Germany. that means you would cost ZOS 150 000€
i hope you better buy some crowns....
(tbh. i think and hope they just have you on ignore)

I hope you get what you deserve for that ticket system abuse.....

We still don't know if the numbers are bugged, or if someone really wrote that many tickets/reports, or maybe it's something completely different.
