Hi,

I get an error following the last update. I cannot finish the installation.
This is the error I get. I tried 3 times and checked my drive for error in vain.
I will lose my daily reward :'(

Am I the only one ?

Have you tried repairing your launcher? You can find instructions on how to do so here. Additionally, you may want to double check that you have enough disc space for the update.

Thank you @ZOS_Phoenix for the fast reply !

I am stuck at 55%, no repair button appearing.
    I am at 140Go / 232Go that is 92,1Go free space remaining.
It is a decidated drive only for TESO.

According to the Patch Notes, it weighs 1,9Go
    Should be enough.

Could it be a hardware thing ? just strange just appearing with the patch, since I could play just yesterday.
If no solution, I will delete/reinstall...

    Update,

Tried the "remove obsolete files" and the launcher just freeze... Nothing happens.
I think I will have to just reinstall the entire game.

Thank you for the update. There are some additional steps you can take found in our help article below.

What do I do if my ESO Launcher won't start or gets stuck at “looking for launcher updates"?

    Hello @ZOS_Bill !

Thanks for your answer. I have tried "Delete the Program Data folder" but, I get the same result...
Just desinstalled the game and will try to connect again.

    Should work I guess :)
    Will keep you updated.

    Hello @ZOS_Bill

Thanks for support. I have just reinstalled the game after deleting the entire game data folder.
And update is complete and I can play.

    Thank you !
