Yeah, I can confirm, when you try to use it, it says "The target is out of range".

This gives a big advantage to other factions...

Came to post the same thing.

Luckily I was in a campaign with no queue so I just ported to IC, used the one there, and ported back in.

Big headache if you'd waited 20 minutes to get into the campaign though.

Great... So now we can’t swap to other builds as needed if we lose a healer to a disconnect or whatever. The Gray Host queue is so long at prime time that it’s simply not an option to queue into IC to use the station there. Hopefully this gets fixed ASAP.

Can we get an update or at least an acknowledgement of this @ZOS_Kevin ? Currently if want to swap builds i have to port to IC use that armory and queue back into gray host which during prime time gets 40-60+ queues. Its making me not want to play the game at this point.

Hi all, just checked in with the team and they are aware of this bug. They have a fix for this slated for the second U43 incremental patch.

It’s disappointing that this fix is only coming in the second patch. It should be a higher priority, hot fix kinda thing, as this bug actually affects the outcome of fights for EP in pop-locked campaigns. As stated before, if group composition changes during a run and there’s a 50-100+ queue to get back in to Gray Host during prime time, we just have to try to tough it out with what we’ve got while the other two alliances are free to swap their builds as needed.

I, for one, will think twice before purchasing another Armory upgrade. Right now, I can’t actually access the upgrades I purchased in the content for which they were purchased. 6000 crowns down the drain until the second incremental patch.

I second this. While it is possible to change gear, skills, CP and mundus, it is highly inconvenient, and it is impossible to change skill morphs or vampire status, so it puts faction-locked EP groups at an extreme disadvantage - at least during times with high queues.

Any ETA on when the second incremental patch will be scheduled? EP has a comfortable buffer in the lead for the current GH campaign on PC NA, so we should be OK for the next few days, but if this completely unfair bug takes 3-4 weeks to resolve, it could absolutely affect the outcome of the next campaign.

That's because this was the first incremental, not the second. It was not slated to be fixed today.

Which is a pity. It’s likely a very simple fix, and it boggles the mind why we have to wait until the second incremental patch for a fix to a bug that puts an entire alliance at a disadvantage during prime time. Good luck to you if you forget to swap your build before your 45+ minute Gray Host queue pops… This experience has more or less ensured I will never purchase another Armory slot upgrade.
