after update im still getting kicked every 20 minutes or so. I've done all fixes and still random lag spikes 3000+ ping and disconnects with all different errors mostly "unexpected internal error.." then get it for 10 minutes trying to log back in. issues started a few weeks ago. i submitted ticket week ago and problem still here. normal ping before update few weeks ago was always 40-75 ping. i pay for yearly subscriptions and its now a waste of money. do i get compensated with more time or something?

Because this issue is not super widespread, it is likely an issue with either your system or your ISP routing.

Have you tried connecting via a VPN? I believe that would troubleshooting a routing issue.

Just to confirm, have you tried all of the steps here? Also, do you have your ticket number so that we can take a look at its status?

For the past two weeks I've had horrible latency. Odd thing is I don't have problems with any of the other games I play, like WoW, FFXIV, GW2. Only with ESO. We did a troubleshoot with our service provider and they even showed us how to split my computer off from the main signal, which has helped, but it is not back where it used to be. I also get kicked off on any loading screen way more than I should. It times out. Again, started about two weeks ago.

@sarahthes this is widespread issue tho not to everyone. there are many posts here on the forum of these same issues since last event. my machine is fairly new and has been running this game for 2.5 years no issues til now. att fiber net. all other games no issues as well. this is ESO server issue.
