Colovian Chandelier emits light on only one side

I was wondering why these chandeliers weren't brightening up the space so I took a close look and this is what I found:

The light only shines out one side. This chandelier should be at least twice as bright, maybe four times brighter. I have had the same problem with the blue quality Dwarven Framework chandelier as well.
I leave it up to the mods to determine if this is a bug that will be fixed and move it if necessary.

Thank you for looking into this @ZOS_Kevin . I am enjoying decorating the Merryvine house but this is a little disappointing.
I hope it gets fixed soon.
