Could someone from ESO give me an update about my tickets please. I know there are a lot of the gifting issues atm, all i want is an update saying that someone will/is checking on it, Please. Don't just leave me hanging here.

they have a high volume of tickets, it will take a while for you to get a response when it comes to gifting, it's like 2-3 weeks or somethin now according to other responses..

That's a ridiculous wait time. And when you're entering a ticket it says 7-10 days which is way below the 2-3+ weeks people are complaining about. Today's my 10th day of waiting without a response on my ticket as well and I plan on escalating.

I opened my ticket on 6/14 and got a response on 7/16 with a canned denial.

7/20 My ticket was closed and answered. ESO sent a gifting code granted email.
It was a great day. Thank you ESO.
